Would have given them two stars if they would have corrected the problem instead of trying to dupe me.

I ordered the chicken tenders they were dark and dried out I ordered the same thing on industrial bald. And theirs was a lot better
I took the burger back, showed the cashier and asked for a fresh one to be made. 2 minutes later he brings the burger out. It looked like the same burger just slightly warmer. Not wanting to deal with it anymore I ate it anyway. As you can imagine, it was dry and cold inside.
Usually good service, good food and friendly employees. They don't take the convenience of their location for granted and attempt to correct and satisfy the customers. I wish my mochas would go on sale more often though ;) and extra expresso (a shot of coffee) didn't cost $1, you can get a large reg for that price. I also miss the selection of salads especially the grilled chicken Caesar salad.
Usually love this store, I could never make it through my days without their ice coffee, which is always amazing, but was pretty bummed they aren't getting the blueberry and cream pies.
Stopped with family and ordered the quarter pounder meal at 5:30pm. Dinner time right? Fries were good as expected but the burger was dark and crispy but cold, like it had been over cooked and left under a barely working warmer for hours.
